- Learn to turn your habits upside down – you can start by taking a different route to go to school, or not to carry your backpack with books, to start studying on your own without the voice of a mother or father that reminds you of your duty, learn not to say immediately I can’t, learn not to say right away I don’t understand, learn to look at yourself first and not others, doing so you will get out of the daily routine and you will accustom your mind to try new things in life.

- Learn to experience uncertain situations – fears are only limits that you are self-imposing; who told you that you couldn’t do a certain thing? Or not having a certain skill? Initially it will be difficult for you, but if you learn to go further you will see that over time you will acquire new unexpected abilities …… these photos are an important testimony of what you DID and how you overcame a fear.
