DON’T FOLLOW YOUR NOSE TO SET THE KPI

I asked this morning a Division Manager how he set goals and what KPIs he used. He replied: I determine the KPI at nose!  The second question I asked the division manager was: what kind of behavior do you think you have in managing your business? He replied : Driver! To his statement I replied: a Driver is QTC oriented!

In terms of COST your nose tells you that KPIs are for example?

Well! If your nose tells you all this you’re a miracle of nature! A driver is projected in his ACTIONS to the present and does not lose his time (because for him the time is value) looking to the future, to dreams and to his intuition! I would say then that you do not know who you are or that you taking a ride with my ass! ….. and I’m not here to play with a sheep !
